Configuration

Customers choose bracelet layers, wrist size, bead diameter, crystal quantities, spacer style, accessories, pendants, and optional paid additions. The configurator displays an estimate and standardized configuration. Natural materials and construction requirements may require small adjustments.

Design Confirmation

We will send the final visual direction and product specification to the email used for the order. Please check your inbox and spam folder and respond promptly. The final spacer count and arrangement are determined by the best finished appearance. A selected spacer style will normally appear more than twice but fewer times than the main bead count; exact placement is confirmed by email.

Layers, Beads, and Included Benefits

Two-layer designs use approximately twice the standard bead quantity and three-layer designs approximately three times, subject to final fit and construction. Custom workmanship is included. Each bracelet includes two spare main-crystal beads and at least two included spacers unless the confirmed design requires otherwise. Extra paid spacers are charged according to the configurator.

Engraving

Engraving is available only on the presentation box, not on crystal beads. Customers are responsible for checking names, initials, dates, and wording before approval.

Production and Materials

Production normally requires approximately 30 days. Any unused customer-purchased loose beads, spacers, or accessories allocated to the order will be returned with the finished product where applicable.

Final Sale

Because each item is made to the customer’s specifications, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind after production begins. This does not limit remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods, or any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
