Products and Natural Variation
Natural crystals vary in color, inclusions, pattern, transparency, and size. Photographs and digital previews are representative; screens and handmade production can create reasonable differences. Spiritual, symbolic, or traditional meanings are cultural and personal interpretations, not medical, financial, legal, or guaranteed outcome claims.
Orders and Pricing
Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, fraud review, and successful payment. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site. We may correct obvious errors before shipment and will contact you if an order is affected.
Custom Orders
You are responsible for accurate wrist size, engraving text, design choices, recipient details, and email address. Production normally takes approximately 30 days. We send a design summary or confirmation by email when applicable. Custom products become final sale once production begins, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially not as described, or applicable law gives a non-waivable remedy.
Blessing Services
Blessing services are optional cultural and spiritual services. No specific relationship, health, wealth, luck, career, or other result is promised. A completed service is not refundable except where required by law or where we failed to provide the purchased service.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
